This tulipiere by Martha Grover is eye-catching. I believe Grover would have had to use stacking as a means to achieve the height and maintain the functionality of the appendages. This piece is more monumental than a normal vase would appear. I see the work I am creating now heading in this direction, towards larger more monumental vases.
