Govinda players gather together under Dahi Handi

One thing I am constantly thinking about is how what I am doing in the studio relates to the rest of the world. We are all connected and therefore I believe that my work should somehow help to make a difference in the world. I’m not sure if it is doing that at the moment, but I don’t think everything happens all at once either. I’m also interested in how ceramic vessels function in other cultures. In this image it shows Govindas (young men) playing a game where they make a human pyramid to catch and then break and earthen pot high in the air, in order to win a set of prizes.
